Pair lacy tights with a pair of jean shorts and any color shirt. Try a pair of boots or if its to warm for boots just wear leggings instead of tights and flip flops, sandals or converse tennis shoes. For the hair i would reccomend a high ponytail (if you have bangs then make them have some demention by pulling them up with one of the smaller bumpets.) you could choose to leave the pony tail how it is, curl it or straighten it!

Well it really depends on your shirt. if it has any other colors that just contribute a bit of color,(example: green shirt with yellow flowers) you can base your eyeshadow of that color lets say yellow. Then take three different shades of the yellow one darker then the other 2, 1 a medium yellow, and 1 a light yellow. Put the darker yellow in the crease of the eye, the medium yellow close to the lashline, and the lightest yellow in the center with some sparkles. Take the sparkles and apply them from the crease of the eye to the brow bone. Add some blush, foundation, concealor(if needed), mascara, maybe eyeliner, red red lipstick and if you would like put some sparkly lip gloss on top of the lipstick after it's "dried". Have fun!
